As Director of Operations, Cheryl brings over 30 years of health care experience, marketing and operations management and leadership experience and insight. Prior to joining MD Lawyers, she assisted in the overall growth and success of an Ontario based Rehabilitation Company, now recognized as one of the top rehabilitation company’s in the province.
Her attention to detail is reflected in her overall management of the office. She ensures excellence in customer service, staff development, training, communication and attainment of the firm’s goals.
Cheryl works collaboratively with the MD Lawyers team to ensure through positive leadership, collaboration and strategic planning that the firm is positioned to be a leader in the industry, the employer of choice.

For more than 30 years, Cheryl’s career has focused on assisting individuals who sustained a serious injury, illness or trauma. Her role as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor, Rehabilitation Case Manager and in Senior Management positions have fostered her continued passion for doing what she enjoys …assisting people. Mentoring and guiding people to achieve their goals, and succeed, is the greatest gift and should be celebrated.
Moved to London in 1982, to attend Fanshawe College, graduating with honours, in 1984 in the Developmental Service Worker program.
In the Fall of 1985, enrolled in part-time studies at the University of Waterloo, with a focus on Organizational Psychology.
