Led by senior litigator Joni Dobson, the trusted lawyers and staff at MD Lawyers work tirelessly to help people pick up the pieces during one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Dobson has practiced for more than 20 years with focuses on medical malpractice and serious personal injuries.

Dobson has been a member of the firm for 15 years and has extensive medical negligence experience. She represents people who are seriously injured through medical malpractice, falls, sports activities and car crashes, striving to ensure her clients understand every aspect of their case.

Dobson brings a wealth of trial experience and in-depth medical knowledge to a team at MD Lawyers that is fully committed to fiercely advocating for every one of our clients. That means when you become an MD Lawyers client, you will always be supported by the full force of our experienced team.

Supporting our community

MD Lawyers has partnered on initiatives with the Children’s Health Foundation, the Brain Injury Association of London and Middlesex, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Partners and staff have sat on community boards and committees, as well as volunteered time and offered funds in support of organizations advocating for children’s health and safety, child literacy, distracted/drunk driving prevention, and breast and prostate cancer research.

The MD Lawyers team is also invested in supporting future lawyers, working with Western University on projects that help law students understand the realities of practising law.
