Employment duties include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors to the office with kindness
  • Notifying employees of visitor’s arrival as necessary
  • Communicating with employees and clients as needed
  • Answering incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system, in a cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Handling light administrative duties as assigned
  • Handling Intake Callers and directing accordingly
  • Handling sensitive and/or confidential document and information


  • Minimum (1) year office administration experience preferably in a professional environment
  • Experience managing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system an asset
  • Experience with MS Office and Outlook in a professional environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer care skills in person and on the phone
